These terms cover treatment consultations within our premises.

Appointment Cancellations

As a personal courtesy we request that 24 hours notice is provided, earlier if it is an appointment for over 90 mins. A cancellation fee may be incurred otherwise.

Client Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late clients may be subject to a shorter therapy time.

Treatment Times

All treatment times are approximate.

Consultations

All consultations are free and are treated in the strictest of confidence.

Payment Terms

Credit card, cash or cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card.

Gift Vouchers

Available for all treatments to make the perfect gift idea.
Please note, promotional gift vouchers are not valid on promotion treatments or packages that have already been discounted.

Attire

Men are requested to bring shorts/trunks to wear for body treatments.
